Casa means home. OM is the primordial sound of the universe, the frequency of nature. Together, they hold what we believe: balance isn't a place you arrive once, but a return — a coming home to yourself.
Set in the serene foothills of Los Picachos, on our family farm in San Miguel de Allende, Casa de OM is surrounded by the sounds that settle a nervous system — wind moving through the peaks, birdsong, and the slow rhythms of the land. Rooted in yoga and Chinese medicine, we weave Eastern wisdom into everyday life — with the reminder that it doesn't have to be so serious all the time!
